Founder story
Why we started hafencity.dev.
Marius had just completed the exit of a startup he had built in 2023. Soon after, he approached Hauke with the idea of founding a software agency that helps companies move serious digital initiatives forward.
His only condition was simple: fewer meeting loops, more actual implementation. He wanted to build software projects, not just talk about them.
Hauke was immediately in. After five years building highly available enterprise systems, this was exactly the next step he wanted: take on new projects, build ambitious products, and stay responsible from first concept through launch.
