If you contact us by email, phone, calendar booking, or contact form, we process the data you provide in order to answer your inquiry and handle possible pre-contractual or contractual steps. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use this data for newsletters or unsolicited advertising.
Hosting and technical delivery
This website is technically delivered via Vercel. When the website is accessed, technical access data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, and status codes may be processed. This processing serves the secure, stable, and fast delivery of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where data is transferred to third countries, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.
Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand in aggregated form which pages are visited and how the website is used technically. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and is not used to track users across different websites or create personal usage profiles. Data points may include timestamp, URL, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate geolocation, device type, browser, and operating system. We do not knowingly send personal content such as names, email addresses, or messages as analytics events. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reach measurement and technical improvement pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and local storage
For language selection, we store the functional cookie NEXT_LOCALE after you choose a language. It contains only the selected language, is not used for tracking, and helps deliver the website in the requested language. With the current configuration, we do not set non-essential tracking cookies.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In particular, the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is competent.
