JobPost+ – Smart Recruiting Platform in Corporate Design
Recruiting today is more than job titles and PDF attachments. The challenge for Folkz GmbH: to create a digital tool with which companies can create individual job postings in their own look & feel and implement structured application processes – including knock-out criteria, analysis functions, and system integration.
The solution was developed over six months in close coordination with the client – from the first idea through UX concept and UI design to full technical implementation.
Challenge
The new system was supposed to break down classic recruiting barriers – without losing depth:
- Corporate design capability: Every job posting should appear consistently in the brand look.
- Drag-and-drop editor: Compose content flexibly – without any programming knowledge.
- Knock-out criteria & pre-qualification: Rule-based pre-review of unsuitable applications.
- Structured communication: Applicants receive timely, relevant feedback.
- Dashboard-based performance analysis: Job ads, forms and audiences can be evaluated transparently.
The goal: a recruiting tool that adapts to the company – not the other way around.
Solution
Based on a scalable stack, a modular platform was developed:
- Frontend with React: Fast, interactive UI – user-centric and easy to use
- PostgreSQL: Robust data management for applicant data, forms & company profiles
- Mailjet integration: Structured email communication to applicants and HR
- Docker environment: Flexible deployment structure, scalable in any infrastructure
- Dashboard analytics: Analysis of conversion rates, form drop-offs and target-group reach
Special attention was paid to customizability: companies can save reusable templates for postings and forms – including logo, colors, and text modules.
